172 Phase 2 (non Cup) is the most watered down out of all the Mk2 range
Nothing wrong with the three sets of H&R's ive had, very refined, and very very good. Not the usual cheap rubbish. All H&R coilover sets i've seen use Bilsein inserts, hardly a crap name is it?!
Define quick though............ Quick in a straight line? Quick from point to point...... There is always somehing bigger better and quicker what ever you get.......
No you can have a spoiler pack (bigger boot spoiler with red brake light, lower front bumper splitter) and then the suspension pack.
Here's where you measure (you'll see with the wheel off)
Also lead to believe 182's all have the same offset alloys :)
Only real way is to whip off a wheel and check the suspension to hub mounting points. Should measure 60mm between the bolts. If it its 54mm, its not cup packed.
I used to have a 197, and driven a 200 Cup..... The biggest thing i noticed was the quicker rack. Apparently the 200's do hesitate when cold, but more like the 182's, so not as severe as the 197...... Think 172 to 182 when thinking 197 to 200.......few tweeks/nips and tucks but not radically...
ahem........ Its a Vinyl sticker ;)
Without
If they are missing it usually means the pumper has been replaced. The above car is my old one. I had a replacement bumper, and they got missed. :)
