EFA.
I often wondered what you could do with a bit of sandpaper and some time and simply smooth out the hack job they did, and how much difference that would make.
Oh, yeah. That's where I saw it.
Mk2 to answer your question though. Just leave the interior in it, and run something like Cooksport springs rather than coilovers.
Pretty sure the O-rings that you use on aircon systems are not the same spec as diving gear.
Unless you're using green O-seals on your diving kit :hushed:
That's not a good idea though. I bet it gets pretty warm charging under there.
Plus if you've ever seen a LiPo battery go bang I can guarantee you wouldn't want to be sleeping with your head on top of one.
But then you've got 2 desktop cards trying to dissipate heat through a laptop chassis, which always goes well. For £4k you'd be much better off having 2 seperate machines!
I'd disagree. There is a HUGE difference between 1080p and 4k, but the smaller your screen is, the less noticeable that...
What BHP gains?
Turn the aircon off, the clutch disengages and removes the load anyway. 0bhp gain.
It does entertain me greatly when people with fairly stock cars delete the aircon. Particularly when they have several KG's worth of K-tec boot-and-bit-where-the-rear-seats-were mat sat there...
Cookson had a really good one a while back. Had 3 near accidents in the space of a minute. 2 of them were his fault though IIRC.
Here's a few.
(audio and video aren't synced in the next one, I revved after they drove through a red)

I've seen all kinds of cracks on rally cars doing sprints and hillclimbs. If an MSA scrute is happy with it, I don't see why a trackday scrute would be too bothered. That said, there's always the odd anal one.
He's had a misfire problem (which ultimately turned out to be a dodgy sensor!), died on him at one point (as a result of the misfire problem) and all the valve clearances needed doing. It's mainly paranoia!
