Number plate is Cable Tied to a grill so I can just pop it off as and when I want really. Also the recess for the plate is getting smoothed asap. Keeps the local Police happy anyway! And as said it's covering up some gash paintwork :P
LOL I got it because that and the "I <3 speedbumps" Stickers are covering up stone chips quite nicely ;)
Really liked that Skyline you're on about. Would be cool if i had the cream interior. Not entirely sure about it, was thinking something like this colour for the wheels (Purple Velvet)...
Used acid or etch primer. Comes in a red tin. Its meant to be what you use for alloy wheels or something. Just worked through grits. Using wet and dry paper between coats etc.
Chears gally.
The cream looks a bit s**t tbh. Plus my paint job is s**t! Used etch primer like apparently I'm supposed to, sanded down, made sure the surface was clean, but I can still peel it off like its still wet?
I'll always be looking for something new. But as my funds are tight, these will be my wheels of choice for the next month or two. I'm getting them from a mate and in total I owe him £310 (wheels + H&R Spacers with long bolts). He's letting me pay him off as and when funds become available so...
It's all to do with a cars stance. Those car's all have what you may call "Aggressive fitment" with the wheels poking out the arches on stretched rubber. That, combined with lows = a mean and awesome looking car. It's all about the look, f**k practicality.
Think of it this way. You see women...
I have to roll the front's but haven't had time LOL. I have a friend who's very good and only charges a tenner per arch :)
The rear's are fine though and once I get some more aggressive stretch on the front (so I can go down more) I'll take the adjusters out of the rears.
