The chip would have helped the IK work better. My brothers IK only started working at its best after he had a unichip fitted.

As far as I know, the external temp shouldnt make a difference because the computer/RR should correct it to a standard.

as title. I believe my poor cold running and bad idleing is down to oil being in the spark plug wells. I took my ignition leads off yesterday and three had bits of oil round the bottom. I cleaned it off and it runs a lot better but still not perfect. Whats best to clean them with, and do I...

I checked the ignition leads this afternoon and three of them had bits of oil round the end of them. Do you think this might be causing it not to idle right. I cleaned the oil off, then went for a drive and things seemed a bit better. How do I go about cleaning the spark plug chamber?
