Really you should use proper clips, cable ties dont tend to stay on very long as you cant get them tight enough! You can buy proper grease from motor factors in little pouches!

307 are notorious for clutch / flywheels problems! There not a nice job either! Speak to peugeot is your best bet!

Make sure they change the auxiliary belt AND tensioner/guide mate, it should have been done at 36K, there £107 from renault in a kit, to change the plugs you have to take the top of the inlet manifold off aswell!!

You will hardly get f**k all power advantage, the sensor light MAY come on, mine has been on 30000 miles with no light, it will be louder, try it and see!!!

It shouldnt fail on the clicks of the handbrake UNLESS it has no reserve travel, ie it comes right to the top! 5-7 clicks is normal!

^^ are you sure your being riped off? so its a 1.4 16v? so you have 16 new valves, fitting of them with new oil seals, skim and pressure test i would say, gasket set, head bolts, antifreeze/coolant, oil & filter, cambelt kit, auxiliary belt, The time to do all that and the parts with the VAT...
