Looks like most things have been covered already in this thread. Socket 940 CPUs are still hard to get in the speeds I want so I've bought 939 still recently. Other than the Pentium Core Due Extreme which arrives today that is. I can't wait to see how that thing goes. Got some Corsair XMS 2...

They both achieve the same thing. The only differece as Mike has said is that you set a temperature with Climate Control and that decides whether air con is needed to reach the desired temperature. You can also use it manually. A/C is the same only you use the dials to set the temperature...
