I cant wait to get it cleaned up, its a mess atm, need to get some poorboys white diamond show glaze on it to bring the silver flake out in the paint, and give the wheels about 3 coats of Super resin and poorboys wheel sealent to restore...
May be a strange question but someone may know, what kind of plastic is used on the 172/182 rear bumpers as I need to get some plastic welding done on mine and need to use the right type or plastic or it wont work

I just got sick of spending money on it, and knowing the belts were soon due to be done I didnt fancy the 500 quid bill that came with it, its a silly ammount to be spending on a car thats only worth around 2k in standard guise

went with the blue rallye mate, a quite like the idea of a dished omp suede steering wheel, you should get a suede one to go with all ya alcantara stuff
A few of the ph1 followers will know I sold the 172 just before new year, and after owning two 106 rallye 16v's ive returned back to the clio
since selling it to my mate who's a renault mechanic, its had the belt done, two new tyres, a new front spring and the heater disply bulbs changed...

You usually have to chop down the washer jet hose and the wiring to the brake light, I had this issue and could not get it to sit flush/level with the rear window
After shortening the hose and wiring I got a good fit :approve:
looks gorgeous mate, i knew it would look good with some tlc and tyre gloss :) shame about you not polishing the exhausts though, would have just added that extra touch :)
