^ that is one possibility - if that does not work it may very well be the automatic light / rain sensor fitted to the base of the internal rear view mirror. We have had quite a few of these go wrong in the past - part no is 8200071210 £113.54

These are on a discount code 03 which means a Renault franchise pay £30.79 for them off Renault UK ....... so tell em your trade and you may get em for £40 - £45 Rob.
It sounds to me like youve set a seatbelt pre-tensioner off ?? how bad was the spin ? it may be the old fault of dodgy wiring under the 2 frt seats that go to the seatbelt pre-tensioners on each seat - if a pre-tensioner has fired off, you will have to replace it + an airbag computer as well as...
Im surprised at this - The UCH is a very common fault for going wrong. Ive got the same problem with my car - the indicators dont work and the wipers only work on full blast and when you knock the switch off they stop in the position they are in, on the screen instead of positioning themselves...

open your drivers door - look at the sill that you step over to get in the car. Half way up the sill near were the door catch is ( door post ) that is the "B" post - this sticker is on there - its the parts ID code ( oval plate number )
The easiest way to see if your car is an import is have a look at the little sticker on the o/s/ b post - it will be a square sticker with an oval ring inside with a lot of little codes - inside this ring ( oval plate ) there will be 4 lines of codes - on the 4th line down on the l/h/s there...
Once a Renault "plip key" or "transponder" unit has been coded in it cannot be re-programmed to operate another car. If your car is a new shape 1.2 16v authentique the part no for a new key is 8200067907 £21.69 from renault - it will then cost you about £35 to have it synchronised into the ECU...
clio 16valve engine code - F7P 722
Williams engine code - F7R 700
The engine code can be found on the block - to the r/h/s of the oil filter - little silver tin plate 5cm x 3cm pot rivetted on.
With block resemption now in force i think you can take your car to a garage of your choice and have it serviced - PROVIDING you use geniune Renault parts, your warranty should theoretically still be kept in force - keep ahold of your parts reciepts for future reference. I think having the 1st...
All they do is change the oil ( which costs them £6.00 for 5 lts - in bulk quantity ) and change the oil filter - 8200033408 £6.05. They check the brake and water levels and top up your washer bottle level. They also check your running gear and brakes - this takes them roughly 1 HOUR. A standard...
