Yep all 172's come with 195's. Imo the car is better on them than the 205's, the 182's tend to 'chew' on full lock.

Wont be RS dampers as they use the double axis wishbone set up from the meggy. I'd punt money on the GT using the standard (though tweeked) set up

Not true ;) 182 is worse and dosnt even have a Renaultsport melty steering wheel or sill plates. Major poverty.........

Tis strange. My 182 'felt' it didnt go aswell as my original cup....... Even the kevs swear most 182's dont feel to go as well. Not sure if the 182 is more linear in delivery? Still, the 172 manifold is supposed to offer better torque over the 182, maybe this helps the feel of how well it goes?

Oh dont get me wrong, i like em hard (ooo er), all my Clios have been H&R shod ;) Just weirdly missed the temp guage whan in steves cup, nice to know when it dips near freezing, changing conditions and all that ;)

I could certainly tell the quicker rack in steves 200. Actual 'feel' is the same though imo. But it is hard, no doubt, i'd say the cup was as hard as my 197 on H&R's tbh!

Ahhhhh. So maybe a runty 197 isnt so bad, as iirc the standard 200 is 20% softer than a 197.........? ;)
