If you were looking to trade back down- I would buy something like an 03 Plate monaco Blue 172 low miles for around 3k & have some pennies in your pocket

Bout £800 overpriced- its a silver 172 with gash tinted windows...... no usp at all- 4k lol-
Id probably list that £3300 & hope....... -- after detinting the windows

Its not the mileage--- 38k-
Its the fact that the belts & tensioners are 6 years old & over time they perish- at some point irrespective the will perish so much that the belt goes twang or the tensioner seizes-- usually the aux belt one IIRC
best get the belts done for the peice of mind if...
in terms of looking for a PH2 Id want 14k in my back pocket- Id be looking for a low mileage Illiad or poss black for around 12750....
If you have the wedge wait for a LY ~ 17.5k
Ive sold 6 or 7 & the LY is by far the most sought after.....

- FSH is essential as is low owners-

I am 'guessing' & again this is from a pure looking in POV- This is one person with a small business selling cars that previous owners had no chance of selling- in my eyes you then have a lottery of whats available- a bit like buying something from an auction- occasionally a reasonable one comes...

200 ff doesnt drive the same due to the difference in steering rack.... depends if your good enough to notice- Im no sterling moss but I thought the cup handling was epic..
