THe bonnet release is a common fault- its just really bad luck that the bonnet catch gave way- he couldnt really be blamed for that- however there was a recall ( bit late now) as for the rest- got to agree with daniel- if your dads a mechanic & couldnt be arsed to come with you to check over...

Yes pretty good deal- as said - probably around 250 -400 if its non cupped, or around 750 if it is cupped- assuming the belts are required- Would be very nice if its cupped & renault have done the cambelt- Steve
