I'm a fan of Megs Gold Class, but bought a load of AutoGlym shampoo from trade recently and it's pretty good too.
Haven't tried any of these newfangled shampoo's though!
Some really random comments from a lot of new posters flying around at the moment! Clio looked alright mate, not a fan of the wheels or rear lights though, have admittedly got a soft spot for the RS2000, although was never as fast as Ford could've made it.
So, have you got a Golf or an RT?
Innit geez...
I've never really noticed it being that bad to be honest, certainly not dangerous. Yeah it's a bit sluggish and jerky, but nothing that's a concern if you've got decent clutch control.
As above (well, further up in the thread), stick to something newer and slower. There's plenty of time to get fast, irresponsible cars, just get something you can continue to learn in that won't get you in any trouble.
Even the VTR is quick enough to cause problems if you're not ready for it.
I found with Megs Gold Class shampoo it dried very quickly because of the heat but didn't streak or leave dirt at all. A couple of spots were cleared up in seconds with the MF drying towel.
Also got the wonder wheels out on my spare, amazing difference! Would've done the main 4 wheels but I...
Went to give my car a decent clean today.
Did the wheels, washed it, dried it and was too hot and bothered to do anything else! Still, she looks pretty again.
I was in Kettering not so long ago I think, met up with some Fiesta-owning friends at Sixfields and I think then moved on down to that car park.
Lots of boy racers around!
The Integrale isn't a car to buy if you want a daily driver without any problems... these cars do break and parts are expensive. Awesome cars though, I'd love one to keep mint.
HU looks pretty fancy, what's the blue LED above it for?
Not a fan of the lights I'm afraid and don't think I will be when the kit's fitted either. Wheels look good though. :)
Not sure what the limit changes to when it warms up, I've only ever hit it once by accident! 10minutes driving should have been enough to warm it up though...
Agreed, but these prices won't stay that high for long. Remember, there's a lot of 'normal' motorists that will come along and just want a 'top of the range' Clio.
Once the initial furor as passed then the negotiationable prices will start. Wasn't the 172 and 182 comparatively the same kind of...
Agreed, he's trying to stick one over you so fight back.
The first thing I'd say is "So, why have you quoted me £350 for ....?" As there has blatently not been enough work done to warrant that.
EDIT: Good stuff mate, although I'd make a point that you're only giving him the extra £100 once...
It hasn't got 1080p, but does 1080i so will be fine for me.
Yeah the HD950 is a Samsung upscaling DVD player, can't wait to connect it all up on Saturday and have a major slob-out session!
