Also fitted my ph-quick miniature sticker:
Can you spot it?

Pleased with my results today, especially as it was only a quick wash with a coat of NXT Tech Wax (almost finished!) and P21s experiementally spit-shined with PB Spray & Wipe:
:)
My favourite so far is Megs Gold Class, the Autoglym shampoo I've currently got is rubbish in comparison. Haven't tried any of the CG / Poorboys stuff yet though...
I suppose it depends how and where you drive it. On motorways, straight main roads, etc it feels slow and gutless, I suppose due to the lack of torque.
But in back roads and lanes on cam, it scares the crap out of me sometimes, that's when it's most fun.
Never feels quite as quick when you're driving, remember being 4 up once going up this long hill, dropped into 2nd and floored it. Acceleration wasn't anything amazing and I had my mates in the back shitting themselves.... just like I do when the missus drives.
Took it for a nice drive last...
Guys, 2 people isn't a meet, it's a date. ;)
Looking good though, I like the idea of your wheels on the car, but for some reason it just doesn't quite work... very low though!
I find for drying my car it's not a great deal different to a decent quality chamois, but it's obviously a lot softer so reduces the risk of scratches and swirls... but there's always a bit of water that's missed on a first pass.
No reason why not, the two shots will have been a certain time apart and that shows how far you travel: speed, distance, time or some b****cks...
Yeah, I also find that I love my car soooooo much more when I see it in motion, or without me driving it. My missus took me to the Chinese takeaway...
In theory, a decent product shouldn't matter in what motion you move them, they shouldn't leave 'swirls' regardless... if they're leaving swirls at all then they're probably worth replacing, or your technique revising.
I use it from dry, but go over areas again once it is a bit wet. I normally do the roof first and last as the water doesn't sheet as easily off this area.
Often have times when I'm bored of my car, not so much for the fun factor but for the fact that it is, after all, only a Clio, with various dings, scratches, etc.
Nothing better for the money IMO though, but may sell soon to finance a mortgage... :(
Lol, I am still sure I saw this in Exeter though, even remember thinking "but why have they done the wheels a different awful colour to the graphics?!?...".
Might have to go back to the place I saw it and see if it's still around...
As above, ScratchX worked in quite rigorously by hand, small areas at a time. If it's got lots of swirls and very light scratches it might also be worth getting PC'd by one of the friendly cleaning geeks ( :) ) on here....
Ah right, cheers mate. May give it a go tomorrow then, haven't used any polishes or cleaners on it since it was up at your's, so probably about time...
Just been looking through my old collection of car bits and pieces and I've found an unused bottle of Megs Body Scrub, any ideas what it is or what it's like!?!
I'm in the process of ordering the AIO and Glanz if Alex has anymore, if not I think I'll give the EX-P a go. Have also realised I need more applicator pads after my current ones are falling apart in my hands!
Cheers for the help guys, cleanyourcar and R9DCG: apologies for not ordering from...
