i seriously recomend mothers wax products, although zymol clear (shampoo) is very good but expensive at £18.50 for a small bottle

yeh but if you tell people to wash there car with washing up liquid they will do it every week, which will knacker there paint, and if they dont use proper products after then there paint will be shagged

its not so much an abrasive ,its just full of salt and will damage your paintwork, so dont ever put it on your car unless you know what your doing(its not something you should put regulaly on your car)

thx for that, i can see just one screw on the right hand side (star type), so the rest must just pop off, like you say though it tends to break them when you pop them off though

right who has annoying rattles in there 182s and were are they coming from, i got one that sounds like its from the boot area but im not sure, i have tried to find it but cant, anyone else had it, and any ideas were it could be !!, it sound like a rubber against metal noise, but im not sure...

yeh i booked the car in last week so they said they ordered the exhaust in then, i rang yesterday and they said it was in, funny though i still dont believe its there !!LOL, yeh im guessing alarm will be left untouched, the exhaust will be bodged on and leaking and rattling worse than before and...

my car is at renault today for warranty work, its getting the exhaust rattle sorted (centre box bodge!!) headlamp washer fixed (mines split), the 3 beeps after the alarm is being looked at also, im just wondering what there going to damage on it before they give it back to me !!!!:cry:

someone on here took them off and it was easy apperently, but it is a renault so give it a month and they will just fall off anyway

well it should bend slightly at the end so you get a wider view, you just dont notice it

its a blind spot section, its more convex than the rest ot the mirror so gives you a greater field of vision

they dont work, i have seen them being downloaded from cameras (anti flash plates), and it takes about 5 seconds to fix the picture so it can be seen again

some bloke was selling a full set of 182 badges on ebay the other day that had been painted anthr......, they looked good

these plates dont work, they just reverse the image (i.e negative it) and voila your plate is there, also there are different plates and these also can still be read with a bit of digital trickery, also having the plates on will leave you liable to prosecution

yeh i normally like shiny silver alloys, but on the 182 the shiny silver alloys look cheap and nasty IMHO, and i think anthracite especially suit the racing blue [Edited by 182blue on 18 December 2004 at 9:30pm]
