I am going to take off the gash plastic on my clio : side bump strip and the front and back plastic on the bumper I have read a guide on here on how to paint them and was wondering is it easy enough to get a good finish and how do you get the front and back bumper plastic strips out ? cheers...

mine does the first thing as well and the second. to fix the second i simply wedged a screw between the plastic surround and the gaitor to keep it in place
