I've had 4 centre sections replaced by Renault in 4 years of 172 (172 and Cup) ownership. Most people on here have had the same problem at some point. Could be wear and tear and/or crap design to start with.

Not built on a budget of 3 magic beans to start with. Simply put aftermarket are much better quality.

Think you'll find the rollers we're actually "bullsh*t". Take your car to another rolling road on the same day and you'd get a completely different result.

Bio fuel is massive in Brazil. Was on the news not so long ago.

They say they have "buyers" waiting but you have to register with them (and thus pay them). In reality they don't have nay buyers.

Both mods will be fine and the combination of the panel filter and exhaust will give the car a nice sound. All I meant was don't expect these mystical "+ 5bhp" figures that you see floating about. 182's much nicer than an Evo anyway ;)

There's very little point spending money on IK's and/or exahasts unless you merely want them for show/noise OR you intended to have some engine/breathing work done. As for silly money £2k spent @ GDI/Yozzasport will get you one hell of a decent 182. If you want an Evo then get an Evo.
