On the subject of decats... I always assumed a compete decat (as opposed to a sports cat) would not pass the MOT and therefor void your insurance. I asked this question on the CTR forum and people were adament most insurance companies will accept a decat as a valid modification!?!?!?!

It's automatically assigned 128mb so it's not a variable amount. I take it that's what you meant in your question?

128mb is being used for onboard graphics by the looks of it.

Claim it back? Should have been free anyway with most insurers. When I chipped my windscreen I called Direct Line and they sent someone the next day free of charge.

Yeh that's quite common. When I've had warranty work carried out they've done that check on mine. One of my tyre's was close to legal but they marked all four as have full tread.. Go figure lol
