jack up the drivers side,
wheel off
back of the arch liner off
back in the car and unclip the white clip from the pedel
remove the cable through the bulkhead
make note of its path to the TB as if it isnt routed correctly then it will still stick
unclip from the TB (dont loose the...
also if that doesnt work then you can also fit the washers that sit under the bolts under the mount, then pull it forward.. tighten the bolts.. if it works then make sure you buy washers where the originals were too!
ICV is on the back of the inlet manifold next to the TB. its black and had VDO on it.
99% sure its a cable though.
check at the pedel end and at the TB.
if its not then clean the ICV with wd40 . its held on bu two torx nuts
yep .. did that last nite.. cant go in yet as the fumes from the 2 pac laqure are too strong and i have damaged my vesporator (sp)

Ok sooo I got all the bits and bobs sorted ready to weld the roll cage in..
Basically I had to ..
Remove the bonding agent on the rear of the roof
Remove the maaahoosive tar panel on the roof (front part)
Remove all the plastic plugs left on from the door cars etc
emove the areal lead
Finish...
Just to note that
If you loosed the 4 16mm bolts on the left hand top mount, put a large bar behind the mount and pull the whole mount and engine forward as far as you can get it (engine is pulled towards the front bumper)
then whilst holding it forward tighten the 4 16mm bolts back up nice...
LOL, as its soo cold i close the garage door, the fumes being released from the stuff are killing me ... my parents said they had concerns that i have been taking drugs in the garage when they spied my dribbling into there much loved home made lasagne at the dinner table LOL
