That was the fault of the organisers IMO. You had way more cars than expected by the looks of things and you had actually over taken the Renault online stand, so it was all a bit of a mess. Rockingham is far superior in this respect. And rockingham was better for watching track action with the...
Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news
It might. Like I said hope it is, but given results track record I'm not holding my breath.
Any issues with the jukes box? Or are they too new to have any mileage or wear related issues?
Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news
Lol :banghead:
I've spent a fortune trying to put a vw box in my car purely because there is no decent Renault alternative. If Renault boxes were good I'd have fitted one, fact is theyre shite. Adding complications will only make matters worse IMO.
Would...
Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news
With respect, please take your head out of Renault sports behind and look at the facts, Renault have never made a particularly strong gearbox, there's problems with them on every model. Even after Renault (as a team) won the f1 championship a few years ago...
Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news
You know it's not the same right? :p
As above, it may have brembos yet, it may have wider arches, it may have 300bhp, none knows, it's all speculation atm. Best waiting and seeing what RS come up with
Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news
But your comparing it to a corsa which was designed years ago and Is a completely different brand to Renault in the same post...?
I can't remember if the k4m injectors are full size or not. If they are f4r in the megane or the Clio injectors won't fit because they're about half the size.
Im not sure what injectors you could use but I'm sure there's plenty out there that could be used from different cars. Doesn't have to...
Ide won't fit, they are plugged directly into the head not into the inlet manifold like conventional injectors
I had to make a custom manifold for my turbo in the megane. Even now I have an nats c***s width between the turbo and bulkhead
You'd definitely need a propshafts tunnel. Not to mention I bet you'd have alignment problems with the transfer box going backwards. Unless your very lucky and the shaft lines up with the centre of the car .
Dont think it does chip, I'm sure the tt quatro sits as a 2wd tt does only it has a transfer box on it sending power backwards. So it's feasible if you can make space for it
