Yeah i was looking at the Philips rally bulbs that are 80w i think, i would only be using them for full beam as i have to go through a forest with loads of animals that come onto the road

How common do starters go in the clio?

very easy to fit, rear ones unscrew light unit from behind, unclip light holder from unit, couple of clips, then just twist until their out, front ones just locate holder and twist them out

I use Optimax purely cause its cleaner fuel

Well i use nothing but Optimax purely because its cleaner than regular unleaded and Optimax is 98 RON, iirc Tescos are doing 100RON fuel

Hi i was looking at the NOS high octane booster and it says it will boost by upto 3-4 RON, ontop of optimax it would be 100+, is there any performance benefits etc? what is the + and - side of things? thanks

They are H1 and dont pull them, theres a metal clip that holdes them in place

Yeah i have the same problem, not a 172 though, seems to squeek alot and sometimes more often than other days, there is a little resistance in mine when moving the gear stick with engine on or off, i think it might be the gear linkage rod but im not sure myself, anyone any ideas?

Yeah renault adjust it with computers to make sure the levels are right but you can just give it ago yourself if you want to save yourself some money, if you adjust it too high you can make it lower by the button in the dash

Yeah there is a adjuster just above the actual light bulb unit that you can adjust, its white iirc

Yeah i thought this so i oiled it and it still happens, there is like a little ressistance whenever you move the stick anywhere
