Andy where you based mate?

Interested in getting uprated brakes front and rear, cars done 56k on original discs they seem ok atm, so their probably need doing in about 7-10k, which will be about 6 months. What kits are the best? Price - Not looking to spend the earth but open to suggestions? What have you got? Whats the...

Think thats it :S Anyway it needs replacing, is it part of the cambelt kit? My car is really lumpy at idle and at low revs when driving, say 30mph in 3rd, just crusin the car is a little jumpy. I have about as much mechanic know how as a nats co*k! :o

If your cars going straight to a body shop, why change? Their not going to send out an insurance inspector for a 'little' bump surely! The body shops going no where near the springs! Better safe than sorry i guess????

-40mm on Apex Springs. The ride is harsh on uneven roads, and f**king painfull over pot holes/ruts. Generally ok tho! The handling difference is amazing, god i love that turn in into sharpe bends! Got mine from www.motorsportworld.co.uk £90ish delivered. The only pic's i've got atm. DO IT...

Start with something crap mate...i had a 1.3L 1986 Escort, great little honest motor...we've all been there! Best to build your NCB up and keep the speeding fines to a minimum! ;)
