If it's 5 years old it'll need both done. Have a look at some of the traders on here, Birchdown, NWP, Rentech, K-Tec and BTM all spring to mind, unfortunately I have no idea where Hastings is so you'll have to work out whose closest by yourself. lol.

Give the connectors a rub down with some sandpaper as well, most likely to be some rusting going on.

Sport has a hub spacing of 54mm whilst non-sports are 58mm IIRC.

Looks better now with the sideskirts and the strips back on.
