i dont think mine are all the way down, i couldnt seem to 'hammer' the bottom part through the axle part far enough

its got 2 50mm bits which join, the top one which has the allen key screw

needs a 50mm socket aswell

lower it, and get the pink bits off the wheels

get a cup if you can find a decent one

white one is not bad, but that silver thing is disgraceful

all in, including the ipod its touchin £2k, and your right, weighs too much, think im gonna strip it all out! seriously awesome unit though.. and guess as long as im still faster than the FF's, then thats all that matters ;)
