I did it last week. You can get it from the top but its bloody tricky! -Remove the filter/silicone/throttle body. I didn't bother removing the TB but it would've made it easier. -Unplug the TB sensor, the sensor on the underside of the carbon plenum, and move that section of the loom...

Z8 personally. However, with the solvent nature of FK I would've thought it cope well with a top up (of FK) after a couple of months.
