renault dont say what the reason is but they request all the tyres back so they obviously dont want people fitting them to other cars instead of throwing them away.probably a bad batch at production.
you can actually meassure the bolt length and if its under a certain length(hasnt stretched)you can reuse them(there not stretch bolts) but i think its good practice to change them anyway.
9 times out of 10 they will bend valves.fit a cambelt kit and not just a belt when rebuilding.headgasket set and cambelt kit are fairly exspensive,Valves arent to bad.i would personally change the headbolts as well.
we use elf 75/80.2nd gear synchro probably worn out from previous owners ragging it into 2nd.you would need 2nd gear+syncro kit to cure.news parts arent that much but you might get a recon box pretty cheap, have a look around.
never heard of a v8 clio.there is a ti note regarding the shocker top mod mike.peice of piss to do and you dont even need to take the shockers off, just remove the shocker top nut and get in with an air tool(like a dremel type thing).easy hours bonus to make anyway.

doesnt the k-tec realocation kit put the filter between the front of the engine and the radiator(if ive seen the right picture).what goods that? its just going to draw hot air in all the time.
