As for searching. Just type in what you are looking for and it will bring back the results it can find. Aslong as your not looking for something extremely vague it should find it ok.

By "PCI" I assume he means PCI-E (Express)?? As you can actually get AGP, PCI and PCI-E cards.
If the motherboard is older than 12 months then it's highly probable it's AGP.
The AGP slots are normally a different colour to the pci slots but the brown is also the colour normally used for the...
Re: plusnet looking a bit sh*t
Your upstream SNR is a little low for some reason but ultimately your line is fine.
Try the BT Wholesale speed test as someone else suggested but follow the instructions carefully.
Re: plusnet looking a bit sh*t
VP status for Clifton is absolutely fine. It's hardly got any lines going into it anyway so it won't be an exchange capacity problem.
Re: plusnet looking a bit sh*t

You could try creating an ISO image of the CD on your HD. You could either keep it there and mount it or burn it to another CD.
I was just going to use Audacity to record the stream but I wondered if there was a dedicated program to do the job. Cheers for the link, I'll have a look through.
Looking at that screenshot the fan is still running at full speed even though you've set it to 2%. You probably need to read the manual and alter the fan from Bios controlled/Smart fan to "software controlled".
