Yup. A "TV Tuner" is just a device for converting analogue aerial signals into a TV picture but you already have that in the form of freeview. Just connect the box via a scart cable and the audio to a hifi/amp and you're ready to go.
You don't need a BT for them as they use their own (Bulldog) phone line. You either have to cancel your current BT line and transfer the number etc to Bulldog or keep your BT line and have a second phone line installed.
