    best tv for a grand???

Yup. A "TV Tuner" is just a device for converting analogue aerial signals into a TV picture but you already have that in the form of freeview. Just connect the box via a scart cable and the audio to a hifi/amp and you're ready to go.

You don't need a BT for them as they use their own (Bulldog) phone line. You either have to cancel your current BT line and transfer the number etc to Bulldog or keep your BT line and have a second phone line installed.

No of miles left in 182 once fuel light is on

I'd be wary of completely relying on the reserve light. Like many have said I've done 30+ miles with the light on but once (normal driving) I managed about 11 miles and the car cut out...

    PC Vs Mac

Rather than resort to changing equipment Loony I'd try and tackle the root problem... There must be loads of people on this forum (myself included) that are running free AV software and free firewalls who haven't had a single virus/adaware related problem in years/ever.

    PC Vs Mac

Exactly. If you have £3000 it's a 50/50 decision on what to buy. 95% of people would buy a PC. You hardly get people with £350,000 thinking "hmm shall I buy that metro instead"...

    Bulldog any good?

Connection - Good Company - Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life (they were on Watchdog remember) An IP address is the address of your PC/Router/Hub/Switch (bit like a phone number). Dynamic IP's mean it can change from one minute/hour/day to the next whereas static IP's stay the...
