Yes All Mk1 phase 1 and 2 clios have the same shape lights and fittings

The piston needs to be turned/screwed to get it to move back.

The V6 has 5 stud hubs and Renault only use them on the V6. Your best bet is to keep your eye out for some on ebay or other forums Or ring a big wheel company to see if they have any old stock
