The inconvenient truth is that F4R engines are not easy or cost effective to gain power from.
I didn't say you did a sprint with people in, I only inferred that the car isn't stripped by its capacity to carry said passengers.
If its freakishly healthy engine you could see 190bhp. 182bhp is a more realistic target though ;)

I was just thinking about the semi permenant sealants (C1 for example) whilst walking rounds asda. Do you think they will fill defects and RDS by self levelling when they are still in a state of low viscosity. And by the same token would they fill or accentuate orange peel on vertical panels...
Jett Carnuba looks dripping wet when it's layered up. Durability is questionable though.
For ease of use and durability I'd say Tough Coat.

Pretty much spot on.
I would rinse before citrus to remove any obvious loose dirt and help prevent the citrus from drying on.
Standard practise is to remove polishing oils/residue with IPA. If you don't have any I'd consider a quick wash.
Skipping this step will impede durability.
