    Yeh, I was bricking it after doing my first day of painting then looking at the tin. Also done bits on my fuel rail guard with the same paint. Hopefully it withstands the heat...

    took me 2 days to do both calipers, one each day. First day i did 3 hours between 3 coats, then 2 hours between 3 coats second day. You need to allow a while to dry though as i found out doing my fuel rail guard.

    everything is getting based on the viper. Wont be an exact match in red, but its a start.:D Rebecca wanted blue.she actually made me get the blue hammerite smooth, but i soon swapped that over for red.lol.

    Not bad for a days work.:D Will remask and apply another coat of paints in a few weeks, as the previous attempt at painting the whole fuel rail guard in red hammerite smooth went tits up.

    oh yeh baby.;) I use it quite a bit to be honest. Will be adding the sat nav dash top soon with a tv tuner and playstation. How much would that add to the value?

    I reckon mine is worth nearer 8000 with mods. 7500 without. 53 plate, 36k, FF 172 with all the gadgets the 182 has.

    Off the line my mates 182 is quicker.grrrrrr. But I can keep up with him just about. We tried on our own private runway the other night.I won once, due to a good start.:D

    distortion will be down to your head unit and speakers. Ebay is a good place to buy a new one.

    cold air feed help!!

    cold air feed lets you suck air from where you want. usually around £15 for 1 metre. I can see any draw backs on its own.

    Do you want the poly bushes to go in it too? If so I have that part. For the dogbone mount go to www.cliospares.co.uk they will have one lying around.
