EXACTLY! Is they to locate/centre the wheel to help the line up the bolts. If the bolts are lined up anyway I can't see the issue.

f**k sake! Im not saying they wont be fitted but the only thing people say the problem is, is with vibration. Being plastic the spigots can't be doing any form of load taking otherwise they would smash???
