    Glazes and Using Glazes PT1...

On flat RB it has to be Carnauba for looks. It looks incredible on the Trophy. If it is to be used as a sealant in the traditional sense I'm sure the acrylic will be recomended.

Mine is the same and I had my belts done at Birchdown, so I'm just putting it down to F4R randomness.

Motorway driving is excellent with it. 60-80mph in 5th is so effortless compared to standard.

I made the same figures as you daf. Its annoying when having to defend your choice in the product to people who haven't driven it. But as I'm sure you know, it drives great so I just have to accept I won't be winning the numbers game. As mentioned RST tends to have fairly conservative rollers?

Middle aged driving w*nkers (pointless RANT)

They mean don't go punching someones window. It can only make things worse. Just take a deep breath and back off. I can imagine it was obviously a traumatic situation to be in though (being trapped on a crossing).

Is your clio for track racing or polishing?

Detailing until it becomes a worthless high mile tin can. Not long to go by the look of recent clio prices.

Middle aged driving w*nkers (pointless RANT)

On a 100 yard stretch of road on which I needed to be in the outside lane at the end of it, at the speed limit, with a speed camera... its not an issue. The only reason he didn't undertake immediately was because the inside lane was not ''clearly'' available.

Middle aged driving w*nkers (pointless RANT)

What an arsehole. I wouldn't have got out of the car though, these things arent worth getting a broken nose over. Probably the reason I've never really had a run-in with another driver. I only get things like, yesturday a guy in a Merc was getting pissed off because I wouldn't break the...

    Glazes and Using Glazes PT1...

After seeing those pics I reckon I could acheive the results I want on most of the car (spring/summer) simply by using a glaze.

    Bullets And Door Lock

Bullets are painted - treat them as you would the rest of the car. Lock is metal - clean it up with some metal polish if it needs it, EG Autosol.

Clio 182 Trophy - Very late winter prep detail

Think you've misunderstood mate, the only hot water I used was in the buckets in the washing stage. Karcher motors are water cooled so there is a limit to the temperature of the water you can run through it. (60degC iirc)

    Show me your arches!

Thanks :) They've had a bit of a marmite reaction so far, from myself included.
