Dont mention it at the MOT station. Its a free retest after all so you may aswell try the test with the decat in place first. I know a few cars have easily passed the emissions test with a decat in place.

A slipping clutch will normally first show symptoms in a higher gear where the torque on the clutch is higher. Only a very knackered clutch would be slipping in first.
Best to do a search as no 2 people will really give you the same answer where oil is concerned. As for the filter I got mine from Renault after being given one twice the correct size everywhere else i asked.
