Rich the official Janspeed site is fairly poor and doesnt list them but if you speak to one of their distributors and pesisit you will get all of the details.

Looking at K-tecs website for more info on the Sports Cat for the mk2 172 and Cup the text below mentions it was tested on Janspeeds rolling road. After thinking this was kind of Janspeed I have found out that they also produce a Sports Cat for the Cup albeit slightly cheaper. So if Janspeed...

In theory it "should" need the second lambda but as Mike said its been done sucessfully.

You already answered your own question above, i.e without the cat the lamda sensor will give incorrect readings.

Thats why theres the option of sports cat rather than no cat at all.

Personally from experience. Check both pillars for cup badges, boot for repair kit (2 cans), front splitter has been fitted and general tidynes of the car.

No centre cap on the Cup.

Types of detectors that I know of and have seen are Gatso, Specs and Truevelo. Blue cams - Im sticking with my original assumption.

Speed sensing cameras perhaps (works out average spped of all motorway traffic for updates/traffic reports etc) but I doubt they are the kind of speed cameras you are thinking about.

Exactly the same with me. Any sign of a rough or bumpy surface and the car twitches all over the road. If I try to accelerate hard on a bumpy road I end up on the wrong side of the road in oncoming traffic! Any Cup owners in the West Mids willing to take me out in theirs?

Mines does it too. Driver side seems to be the worst offender.
