Emm, if its a faulty Ripspeed unit they will replace it no problem. Explain the problem and it should be sorted. Hardly the Halfords staff's fault as they havent done anything.

Most of the SBS clients we have do get limited. The SBS Exchange does get the 16Gb limit then SP2 changed that to 75Gb. But if a user has over 1Gb of email they aint dealing with it properly to be honest. We do have exceptions with Server clients and Exchange seperately, but why have more than...
To be honest all our clients have limited quotas for email. After the exchange on a sbs goes over 16GB weird things happen, so reg had to take it up to 25GB. So we limit email space.

Clearly a bad idea. Heatsinks are generally made for optimal heat dissappation already. So no point in "diying" a heatsink. If you wish a cooler option, please go invest in a proper heatsink (ie costs £40+ upwards) which is designed to cool in a more generous way.
