Id very much say, its not the pre-tensioners gone. Its most likely a loose sensor under the seat, get out look under the seat and make sure nothing is touching the wiring or cables, and make sure everything is firmly pressed together. Check on both driver and passenger seat. Then the light...

Ive seen 50mpg on my Cup pre-mods. Since getting the exhaust and induction done I get about 34mgg if Im careful, im not usually so see 28ish.
