Ok ok... maybe this shouldnt have been posted but was trying to find a way to deal with it.
Basically whats happened is whilst driving home on Tuesday the spark plug in the 3rd cylinder came undone. Its wrecked the plug obviously, blew the HT lead apart.

Haha thats typical Renault BS huh. I purposely dont get my car serviced at Renault after numerous confrontations with my local dealers.
Service intervals - my lack of aircon, yet my car definately needing it looked at.... its just a joke.
Why didnt you look at the speedo?
Also was the engine hot or cold?
Had you been driving for a long time?
Were you going down hill or uphill?
Like come on man... if youd looked - youd know. IMHO your looking at between 110 and 120.
Use sticky pads on mine - great stuff. Works really well.
Prepare the surface prior to sticking by making sure its really clean and dry. And make sure you put the plate on level or youll regret it when you cant get it off! Ha!
I imagine you got a little understeer - greasy conditions, little lift on the gas and you get the natural lift off oversteer.
Perhaps try driving a little slower!
