Foglights do dazzle. It also makes it harder to judge how far away that car is.
Essentially, using them unless it's actually foggy singles you out as a bellend. You don't look cool, other people certainly won't think you look cool, and you gain no benefit from it, other than looking like a...
Bullets regularly come up for sale in the Car Parts for Sale sub-forum mate. Average price is probably £20-£25.
Sorry to hear that yours were stolen, there are some right c-units about these days :(

Managed to get the day off work for this, I'm definitely in! Will meet you guys on the way again, though on the A34 this...
Excellent work Jim. I've already seen the write-up on your website. Cracking job, perfect timing too, as I've had a rubbish day polishing my car! Really struggling with some correction on my BG, it's doing my head in, this thread has given me some motivation to crack on with it tomorrow!
I doubt I'd go out in MK myself, I'd rather camp and get wasted there, but I've got in touch with my mate who used to live in MK and regularly goes out there still...I've asked him to recommend some decent places, I'll PM you Tom once he's replied and pass on the info.
I sincerely hope that one day, all the c-units in the country who think it's cool to use their fogs all the time will all drive on the exact same stretch of road at the same time, dazzle each other, and die in a pile-up only involving themselves. It's such a ridiculous and fcuking annoying...
Power washer should clear a chunk of it, then maybe a degreaser or an APC? Daisy is a good brand to go for, can get it from Tesco on the cheap...scrub it with that between power washing and you'll be reet.
Re: Cliosport Saturday - The Launch of a New Era - 30th July 2011
I'm definitely up for camping, as I said in another post. Just waiting to see if my passenger (another CS member) is too!
Gotta say Jason, I wasn't a massive fan of your Boring. But for a reason that escapes me, I really really like this! Looking forward to seeing it in the flesh at some point.
Don't smoke, and if anyone tried to light up in my car, even though it's only a sh1tty Clio, they'd be walking home. Disgusting habit to subject others to.
It was lovely, private plate too, ended in FRP. Saw it and thought of you, also ironically drove past a street named Gally in the same journey. A little odd!
Spotted a black 172 at Oxford Rd roundabout, heading towards Peachcroft.
Then saw a gorgeous FRP, first one I've seen in the flesh, looked immaculate!
Final spot of the day was a RB Clio 200 heading towards Henley from Remenham Hill. Looked clean!
They're huge wheel brushes, JD. Last ones I saw from Tesco, they were shaped in the same way as a hairbrush, and the actual bristles didn't look like they'd be that gentle on any surface, particularly painted alloys...
Disagree Wozza, I think the iPhone has been fairly life-changing for the mobile phone industry.
I broke my original 3G, and have had 2 3GS's. They're all dog slow in comparison to the iPhone 4. Wonder how fast Mace's 5 is?
I'm not going to click the link to see what I think, I assume given that it's a DAS-6, I'll know what it looks like. So my opinion is the same as it always has been on here regarding DA's
