There the same size but as gaz says the spray jobs are diffrent for example a black 1.2 will have a rough black/grey job and the sports will be colour matched and smoothed

The front shocks are slightly diffrent the rears are exactly the same the apex springs give a nice drop but the ride is really harsh

I'd say if its all straight belts done and no dodgy history i would say £1200 would be top whack for it really and thats being generous
