Totally agree mate. Good prices, but not the best company to have dealings with. They made no attempt to keep me informed whatsoever, and I f I hadnt of phoned them around the time of the original delivery date I dont think they would have bothered to tell me it had been delayed!!!

Me too!! Had to chase them for it, but they rang me this morning with my Reg. No and said they will be in touch with a delivery date. WooHoo!!!! Ive got the end of next week off aswell. Fingers crossed.

My missus has a 1.2 16v Dyna, and hers does is exactly the same. I know what you mean about it being hard to describe. The tickover is sort of lumpy took it back to renault and they said pretty much what cliopower said, its basically a feature of the 1.2 16v

I know its a different car, but Ive just had a new water pump and cambelt change on my 94 Astra and it cost £88. I appreciate the fact the clio may be more complicated, but £450!!??! Thats more like the price for a head gasket change!!!
