Well, I have just emailed them a complaint letter, I mentioned that if necessary I can get names and registrations of other cars that have been repaired under warranty for the same problem, and that I will take it to watchdog if they don't sort it out basically!!
I could try another dealers and see what they say, but that would mean wasting a days holiday at work to get it there, whereas I could pop it in to my local one on the way to work! God they've really wound me up! I will try some of your suggestion though.

If it has both cup packs on, the most obvious things are the darker grey wheels, front splitter, slightly larger rear spoiler, and the car is 3mm lower I think. Can't think of anything else off the top of my head, but I think thats about all, visibly.

Lol, that sounds just like my parents! My dad is convinced that his R reg mondeo is in good condition, even with the bumpers cracked and hanging off, scuffs, scratches and dents all over, never been washed...but because he's never had any problems with it he thinks it's in good nick! Bless..
