I got done in one and that was 6mins after I parked. The 5min rule sounds like BS. The sign clearly states that parking only permitted with a residents parking sign thing, so in theory they could do it as soon as you park ed.

Couldnt help but notice the following whilst had my car jacked up yesterday. #1 Suspension is so stiff if you jack the front of the car up it lifts the rear wheel off the ground! #2 If you set the alarm, and then jack the car up, the internal sensors dont work. You can lean into the car...
