I do the above every springtime (APC) then just make sure the collars arent seized (they can) Then i coat in some white spray grease, keeps them in reasonable condition.
The brake light is the one on your car..... the spoiler moulds round it? Yes?

Loads lol. Didn't measure before and after. We fitted them last year, let them settle for a fortnight, then i had full geo set up. It will go another 10-15 mm at the rear, possible another 20-25 at the front. But i'm happy with the hight. The Mk3's underbelly sits alot closer to the floor tthan...

Once in the 182, when i freshly PC'd it, The Black Gold looked mint under the forecourt lights, some dude in an evo asking how come it was so shiney etc

I went from the Cup on the right, to the 182 on the left. Had the Cup for three years before the 182. The Cup had 74k on the clock, the 182 when i got it 18k. Some how the 182 just didnt hit the spot. It was a bit strangled (could have been nannied from...
All phase 2's have shorter gearing than the Phase 1. This was due the the 172 Phase 2 being heavier and a bit softer than the phase 1. The Cup keeps the shorter ratios, and weighs less than a phase 1.
Utter garbage the imo. Seen them on a few cars close up.Where the rear of the 'skirt' lips up, there is a big rubber spacer that sticks to the rear quarter :dead: (clearly visible in the flesh) The Boot spoiler is OK though ;)
