Yeah tried to wet-flat it back until the cracks were smoothed out and put on a thin coat a short while ago - FAIL! :p
Going to have to get the thinners out by the looks of it :rolleyes:
Yeah would be about that - was some cursing/praying done yesterday using it when washing the car before the MOT lol

No it was bought from Elite Car Care, ages ago now as I had my Black dci in its glory at the time lol
Just wondering if any of the CYC or i4Detailing lances had similar problems.
IIRC they were updated since I bought mine as the others have larger bottles on them and possibly better...
I've had my foam lance a right-while now, and not been used for every wash but it has been used. When it is fitted & going it is great :)
When I got it, it would leak at the join and the nozzle flew off a few times thanks to the bearings being loose.
Got it fixed up with some sealing tape...
I painted my diamond yesterday after a lot of playing with the primer to get it right.
The 1st coat was fine, put on a 2nd coat and it bubbled & dried out with loads of deep cracks :S
Back to scratch with the thinners or an easier fix to it?
Mine hasn't come on since, and I passed the MOT today :)
Was told by a reliable mechanic that sometimes it can come on in any car if the engine is running too lean, or the mix is outside the computer's parameters so it flashes up a warning light. Not his exact words but something along those...
