wow wow do not remove the rocker cover/ cam cover, the vvt and cams are spring loaded in, the presure of the cover keeps it all in. make sure you know what ur doin as its a big mess if it goes wrong when u dont know where the parts go

^^ koni. from deamon tweeks to fit a rear shock.. 1. open the boot, remove the shock cover , take off the 16mm bolt(mite have to hold the top using grips.. get bolt and top rubber mount off... 2. jack the car up so the rear wheel is off the floor by a mm, then undo the the bottom grey...

yup mrk1 172 , and its snapped....gutted. got a new cable. but looks like a b**ch to do...any hints?

mmm. put it in 5th at 35mph go up a hill n boot it.. see if it slips. but if its only doin it when its cold cant see it bein the clutch
