Its something to do with the volume of different frequencies. Ported gets lower Hz and sealed is punchier i THINK. Probably very wrong though..

Standard airbox.. Remove the acoustic valve and replace the feed with a caf pointing at it from the road. best solution i'v found so far..

I was actually tempted to put cling film on the front bumper/ front of the bonnet.. I'll be giving the trophy its fist paint correction this week and cba messing that up by rubbing grit round it after the long drive to fcs =/
