Indeed. I remember the 'finish' i had on a set of Silver Turinis from a certain place in Birmingham. Full of drips, even had a few dead flies in the finish ;) :quiet:
Well meh, i'm not fussed either way, £45 is fack all!!! for the work that is done etc. Can paint be done and cured in a few hours?? They are ROCK hard.

Excellent
Yep, seem a good bunch of lads, dropped them off wed, and had a call @ 3 the same day to say they were finished :)

Not 100% tbh!!! I think no more than 15mm would be OK. The 25mm that everyone uses look far too much imo. It *may* be a future mod. Love the way it handles though, not sure if i want to add them into the mix :)
Picked these up yesterday from Top Marques in Stoke. They came recommended by Mido and Makavalli :) Awesome price (£45 a corner) and were turned round in a day. These were my knackered spare set of alloys, flaking paint, curbed etc. Came up a treat :)
Still have my Silver set, so...
Exactly what i've just done. Kept my standard Silver 197 alloys, sourced some knackered ones, and had them Powder coated Black this week. Best of both worlds
Ah. Well i removed the front bumper from the 197 last week. Front arch liners need to come out. Then there is X1 10mm that taps up from the bumper into the wing. Then there are iirc x4 10mm bolts underneath. Then there are x2 under the bonnet, long with x2 plastic srew clips. Think thats it...
Auto light fault? Whats that then? Well i'm the oposite lol. I HAD to have the Black surrounds as i think the Silver clusters somewhat cheapen the front end of the car? The Black clusters help 'mean' up the front end imo.:) I like the washers lol and will be retro fitting them :o ;)
Yeah, Steve has looked after all my cars. The winer is they both own 172's, and know them inside out :) Ask Steve (kev) about his Cup, its gonna be special :)
Nope not yet. They are fully sealed, but the archliners do their job fine!!! Want to wash it, not been done for two months :( keeps fekkin raining. Still, been painting up my centre caps today to keep me occupied ;)
Aye, it adds up. It could probably be done on the cheap. Only really need the washers, the rest is out of sight ;) Need an extra washer pump, bigger bottle new filler neck piping etc. I'm sourcing the pipework from egay once the bits have arrived. Need to see what diameter i need
