Non, my car was enough tbh!!! They are totally unsuited for road use. Clunking/noisey valves in the rear shocks, (x2 sets) non progressive springs, poor build with leaking seals is not good in my eyes. Damping/rebound is all over the place also.
And washers usually do fack all anyway. I've had them on a 182 and a punto GT. Though i'm in the process of retro fitting them to the 197 as i like the look?!
Halogen
Aftermarket Xenon FTW
LOOOOOOL at the PC brigade. Made sure they were set up height wise etc. No problems with anyone flashing etc. You really think adjusters on a rear beam on a lowered hard Clio would keep the lamps adjusted in time with every imperfection in the road? Dont...
Actis no? Mine can only be run on manual, and fan speed 3. If left on auto (Climate) when at full beans the ecu thinks the compressor is being overloaded and disengages it. Only way to make it work is for Renault to reset it.........
So you can drive them from the passenger seat?!!! You learn something new every day. f**k knows why Renault even bothered with a 2.0 16v if a 1.6 is the same
Also check the steering rack. I had one go on my 172 cup, and the handling was VERY lairy, widow maker. Get it to Birchdowwn, they know the MK2 Clio inside out (both own 172's)
