Yep. SBV116 off here fitted them into his Cup. He got the Recaro to Clio mounting frames. Two holes needed enlarging and that was it!!! Good cheap mod :)

197 Door card is held on with different sized torx bits. Deffo T20's and some iirc T30's. There are a few along the bottom of the door card. Then there is one behind the cover where the mirrors sit. Bigger Torx bits located in the door release handle, and one behind a plastic cover on the grab...

I had both back in the day, But sold them for new set of Turini's Much prefered Turini's on the Cup, the Silver works better with the Blue imo. Hell no. The race Magnesium type are for sure, but the road versions are heavier than the Turinis (got hte scales out :o )

Engine is mechanically similar, but can't see the malifold fitting as there is loads of room round the baulkhead area in a 197, not so on a 172/182. Not to mention that the 192 has its first cat built into the manifold. 182 version is where its at tbh

Wouldnt bother with 6000k, i have some in mine, and i'm putting 5000k in today. 6000 look nice, but dont offer the same light output as the 4300-5000k lamps
