but, if t/b is closed and vdo is sealed with ur finger? and it still idles a lil over then it MUST be getting air from somewhere

kkk, all im wondering is if the tps is damaged and its telling the ecu a funny reading and the vdo is trying to correct it with the air flow change

shoul be no lights if 2nd lambda is left unpluged, yes u would notice a gain, maybe 5bhp, i have one on my 172 and love it!, get one off them looks like a gooooood piece of kit

we both have done this, it does make it drop but not to idle too more like 1.4 k from 2.5k, i have checked my seals n it still does it, when the engine is running, u can hold the t/b shut and the revs still shoot up!?

ok this does not sound like a concistant electrical prob, im assuming it s aai leeka nd the map sensor uis trying to correct the varient presure?

have u checked the rear o ring seal? i need to do this

so did i, i knoticed rich that if u leave the engine running then remove the breather on the vdo and seal it, the revs drop too 1.4k, ?

rich me and u have the exact same problem,! to a tea, both same car! same took my mani off when i blew a plug, put evrything back in place, this happens. ill pm u my mobile number to see if theres anything else in commen
